Ingredients for Banana Lassi Recipe

  • Banana  1
  • Walnuts 1 tablespoon
  •  Yoghurt 1 cup
  •  Sesame seeds 1 teaspoon
  •  Flax seeds  1 teaspoon
  •  Honey  1 cup
  •  Pinch of cardamom powder

Banana Lassi Recipe

  1. Smash the banana
  2. Now add milk and yoghurt to the blender
  3. Next add sesame seeds, flax seeds, honey and cardamom powder one by one to the blender
  4. Blend it till gives a smooth, fluffy and creamy texture
  5. Pour lassi into a glass
  6. Garnish lassi with chopped walnuts
  7. Refreshing banana lassi is ready to taste
  8. Serve cold
